A newly established and customer-focused structure cast in a modern and clear layout, quickly retrievable, but still easy to maintain. The wishes of our long-standing customer are not new per se, but with different framework conditions they are always a challenge.
The broad range of services offered by e-netz ("network operator, service provider, partner to local authorities and neighbor to our customers") was a particular challenge for the structure and architecture. Last but not least, this had to be packaged in a modular system so that the new TYPO3-based website could be efficiently maintained and expanded by the editorial team.
We are all the more pleased about the appealing result and the improved user guidance. Numerous interfaces take over the smooth exchange with different software systems and improve the service offer for the customers. Whether on the road with a smartphone or from home on the computer, with the new corporate presence, e-netz is well equipped on all channels.
